A specialist training centre for fire and emergency services, with a focus on OH&S and confined space work. nestled in the Illawarra escarpment on the site of a dis-used coal mine, the centre had to be sensitive to the surrounding area, whilst providing a more sustainable use for the area.

Charker Street
A medium density residential development of 8 upper range dwellings of approx 380-400m² (40-45 sq) The houses face onto a lake at Harrington Park in south-western Sydney, so had to be as attractive from the rear as from the street. To avoid the appearance of duplication some variance in styles has been employed.

The "Jarrah" for Oakworth Developments
Created in 2000,This home was designed to suit the project home market, with large open areas, minimal passages and "waste" space. It's release on the market has proved it to be a popular mid-size home of XXm² (xxxsq)

Linden Park Child Care Centre
To build a new child care centre in an established eastern suburb to cater for 35 children.10 under 2 yrs, 10 between 2 and 3, and 15 3 yrs and over. The centre was to have a residential feel so that children felt as if they were staying at someone's home. The centre was to comply with Children's Services Office (CSO) requirements, and Council parking regulations. The site was a standard house block, 18.3m x 50.3m (60' xl 63')

A replica of a double storey, double fronted Victorian villa residence, with a modern floor plan catering for the young family's growing needs. The given budget was approximately $175,000 AUD
